Training school in Bioprocessing of Magnetotactic Bacteria held at Aston University

On the 24th and 25th of June, Aston University hosted the MagBIO Training School in Bioprocessing of Magnetotactic Bacteria, bringing together the Aston team, Federico Alberini from the Università di Bologna and Josep Torà from Aeris Tecnologias Ambientales. The training school provided a valuable opportunity to share expertise, exchange knowledge, and strengthen collaboration across the MagBIO consortium, with a focus on bioprocessing approaches relevant to magnetotactic bacteria research. The programme also included a webinar open to the public on Magnetotactic Bacteria Bioprocessing and Digitalisation, which was a great success and sparked excellent discussion.
